Order of spending: the monthly allowance always goes first, and the top-up balance is only touched once it runs out. So the messages you paid for are never burned while free ones remain — the rest simply stays on the account. VIP (without SVIP) has no monthly allowance, so AI messages come from the top-up balance alone.

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record — cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay, with local tax handled for you. Your activation code arrives by email right after payment; enter it in the app under Me → Redeem code. The code is emailed rather than applied automatically because the card you pay with often belongs to a different address than your account.

No. A top-up balance stays on the account with no expiry and no monthly reset, counting down only as you use it. It survives your membership lapsing.
